Where are my recordings stored?
Only on your iPhone. Nothing
is uploaded. If you delete the app, your entries are removed.
Why isn't there a transcript?
Transcription uses Apple's
on-device speech recognition, which needs the matching language pack and works best
with clear speech. Your audio is always saved even if a transcript isn't generated.
How do I record longer entries?
Free recordings stop at 60
seconds. Vocalio Pro (a one-time purchase) removes the limit and adds transcript
export, search, and Face ID lock.
I bought Pro on another device.
Open Settings ›
Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I lock the app?
With Pro, turn on
Settings › Require Face ID to open.
