Vocalio is built to be private by default. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
Nothing. Vocalio does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no analytics or tracking SDKs.
Audio you record and the transcripts generated from it are stored only on your device. Transcription is performed using Apple's on-device speech recognition; your audio and text are not sent to Vocalio or any third-party server.
Vocalio asks for microphone access to record entries and for speech-recognition access to transcribe them. These are used solely for the features you trigger and solely on your device. You can revoke either permission anytime in iOS Settings.
Vocalio Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. Purchase validation is handled by Apple's StoreKit.
Because data lives only on your device, deleting an entry removes it, and deleting the app removes everything. There is nothing stored on our side to delete.
Vocalio is rated for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
